Lois is the first realtor that did not need to sell herself. What I mean by this is over the course of the year my husband and I had spoken to 5 realtors hired 2 before Lois. we soon learned that they said everything to get the contract then did not produce results. On the other hand, Lois was completely different she came in with a market analysis for our house and told us what she would do for us and asked us our expectations. Lois is very proud to be a realtor and takes extreme pride in her work. To the point that before every showing she was there 1 hour ahead and making sure the home showed its best Even if it meant taking out the cleaning supplies and getting it right always.
